Here is the "Pack Hawg" cargo carrier fitted with a "Yakima" locking blockhead. The rear tire is secured with a pair of "Yakima's" rattler wheel straps. These straps are secured to the cargo carrier with 1/8" aircraft cable that is swage fitted to the straps. The front tire can be strapped into the cargo carrier to prevent it from being damaged.
